If your life is a film, make it fun to watch.

Shooting on film gives your photos so much more life. I never edit a photo I take on film because I see each one as a moment in time captured that must be exactly how I caught it. 

Recently, I have been trying to live a little more. But not in an extravagent and over-the-top way that some may expect when I say that. Instead, I have begun to notice the little things that we take for granted, like walks with friends. 

Having a Friday night off used to mean a trip down to the pub with a small group of friends - not saying it no longer does - but we began to find different ways to spend an evening and the simpler the idea, the more fun we had. Of course, bringing my camera meant we could capture our raw joy in a way that felt like we were watching a film whenever we reminisced.
